Hello.

My name is Sarah Gleeson.

Working as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) one of my greatest joys is seeing the people I work with go from surviving to actively thriving. I believe that part of being human includes a deep capacity and desire to feel every aspect of our lives – emotionally, psychologically, and physically. But when we aren’t feeling mentally well, our ability to connect with ourselves and others becomes compromised. We lose the ability to be present and show up in the ways we want to.

This is where I can help. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and grief. I offer a safe and gentle space to support your journey towards improved mental health. I use a variety of techniques combined with mindfulness to actively promote connection, healing and growth.
