Brainspotting
Used for anxiety, depression, trauma, and trauma-related disorders (post-traumatic stress disorder [PTSD]), Brainspotting is a form of therapy that helps clients process through difficult emotions stemming from traumatic experiences. Using different eye positions to target the places where the brain and body store trauma, this gentle technique allows a safe space for trauma processing.
